including insurance with a maximum excess of £250; excluding fuel.
Loan car; Free if insured by customer
free if you self insure. Insurance must be fully comprehensive, to a value agreed with your Volkswagen Authorised Repairer. Evidence of insurance to the correct level will need to be produced before the loan car can be released.
Don't forget: Bring both parts of your driving licence on the day. Please be aware that loan cars need to be booked in advance of your visit.
Collect and deliver
depending where you live, we'll pick your car up and drop it back when the service is over – saving you the trouble of arranging alternative transport. Simply let us know before your appointment.
Area 1: £10, up to 20 minutes each way
Area 2: £15, up to 40 minutes each way
Any journeys over a 40 minute drive time each way are discretionary and need to be discussed with your Volkswagen Authorised Repairer directly. Please be aware that collection and delivery appointments need to be booked in advance of your visit.
Courtesy lift
Free of charge
If your next stop is less than 20 minutes away, we'll drop you off and pick you up, free of charge.

For all jobs taking more than 1 hour in our workshop.
Minor bodywork repairs
If your car has any minor dents and dings you may want to book it in with us for one of the minor bodywork repairs listed below:
Any minor bodywork repairs will need to be booked in advance of your visit. Please be aware that if your Volkswagen Authorised Repairer feels that a minor bodywork repair is not viable, they may recommend a body shop repair instead.
